The program is non-competitive and inclusive – each participant takes part at their own pace, supported by a trained instructor.

  • Gentle 2–4 km walk in easy terrain
  • 2–3 Forest Mind® exercises tailored to the group’s needs
  • Campfire moment and reflection – space for insight and shared presencee

Who Is It For?

Forest Mind® is ideal for work teams, groups, and organizations seeking recovery, connection, and a natural way to unwind in the forest. The method is not therapy and requires no previous experience – just an open mind and willingness to be present in nature.
