- Inactive customer accounts are deleted after 5 years of inactivity.
- Order information is retained for up to 10 years, after which it is anonymized.

- Emails and chat messages with customer service are retained for up to 5 years.
Customers may request anonymization of their account, meaning all identifiable information is deleted and cannot be restored. Requests can be sent to privacy@usvaoutdoors.fi.
Accounts can also be deleted directly through the customer account settings.
Access, Correction, and Deletion of Data
Customers have the right to view their personal data and request correction or deletion. Requests related to personal data can be sent to info@usvaoutdoors.fi.
The data controller will correct, remove, or update any inaccurate, unnecessary, or outdated information either on their own initiative or upon customer request.
